Quolle is a transactional email service built for African software companies. It addresses connectivity challenges and local payment needs by supporting OTP delivery that continues despite poor networks, USSD-triggered receipts, and billing in Naira through Paystack.

The service provides both a REST API and SMTP options, enabling integration with frameworks and platforms such as Laravel, Django, WordPress, Bubble, and FlutterFlow. It includes offline resilience that queues messages during connectivity drops and retries them upon reconnection to prevent loss of OTPs. Multi-region failover operates on every plan, including the free tier. Delivery analytics offer real-time tracking of opens, clicks, and bounces within a dashboard. The product aligns with Nigerian Data Protection Commission requirements and supplies documentation to aid compliance.

Quolle is offered with a free plan that allows up to 3,000 emails per month with no credit card required and a five-minute setup process. Paid usage follows Naira pricing to eliminate foreign exchange risk. It was developed by Avianise, which uses the service for its own products. One POST request initiates sending, returning a 200 OK status with a queued email identifier.
