Query2Slug is a free and open-source WordPress plugin designed to transform URLs with query string parameters into clean, campaign-ready slugs. It operates entirely server-side, adding no CSS or JavaScript to the frontend, and resolves rules with a single database query that is cached using WordPress object cache. The plugin also manages its own activation and deactivation gracefully: rewrite rules are cleaned up automatically when deactivated, and user-defined mappings are preserved in the database for easy restoration.
