Priviot

Priviot is a privacy-focused software ecosystem designed for document management, writing, note-taking, and productivity tasks. Its primary emphasis is on data protection and user control, offering a suite of interconnected applications that function locally without requiring mandatory cloud storage or user accounts. The ecosystem is modular, allowing users to utilize individual programs independently or combine them for integrated workflows as needed.

Among the available applications, Priviot PDF is highlighted as being in public beta for macOS and Windows, providing capabilities for editing PDFs locally and privately. Other applications under development include Priviot Write for document creation and design, Priviot Notes for note-taking, Priviot Paste for text snippets, Priviot Proof, Priviot AI, Priviot Drive, Priviot Cell, and Priviot Presentation. Additionally, browser extensions such as Priviot Dark, which offers a dark mode for websites, are also in development.

The suite is intended for users who prioritize privacy and wish to maintain control over their data and productivity tools. Priviot’s applications are designed to operate independently on the user's device, with the option to connect for collaborative workflows, all without enforced cloud integration or unnecessary account requirements.
