Pety is a service designed to connect pet owners with vetted caregivers who provide in-home pet care. The platform addresses the concerns of pet owners who prefer their animals to remain in familiar surroundings rather than being sent to pet hotels or unfamiliar locations, which can cause stress, discomfort, and increased risk of illness for pets. Pety emphasizes that its sitters are screened and can come directly to the owner's home, ensuring pets stay in their usual environment.

The service offers several care options. The most common is drop-in visits, where a sitter visits the owner's home to feed the pet, clean up, play, and send updates, allowing pets to remain in a space they know. For those away for extended periods, house-sitting is available, with a sitter staying overnight to provide continuous care. Pety also supports pet boarding, where pets stay at the sitter's home, and a dog walking service, where sitters take dogs for walks and provide photo or video updates. While the platform initially focuses on cats, it is open to all types of pets, including dogs.

Pety is preparing to launch in Ho Chi Minh City and is currently accepting registrations for early access and special offers. The service is promoted as being ready before the Đinh Mùi 2027 Lunar New Year. Users can book services via Messenger, and the platform highlights a following of over 200,000 pet owners.
