NoticeFlow

NoticeFlow is a service for sending bulk personalised emails that each include a uniquely customised PDF attachment. It addresses the repetitive manual work of preparing and dispatching individualised notices, price updates, contracts, or statements to many recipients.

Users upload a CSV file containing recipient data such as firstname, lastname, and email. They write a single email template that incorporates variables like {{firstname}}. NoticeFlow then generates a separate personalised PDF for each recipient and sends the emails. The process can complete 500 personalised emails in about 20 minutes. Emails may be sent directly through NoticeFlow or routed via a connected Gmail or Microsoft mailbox to appear from a work address. The old manual approach of duplicating documents, editing each one, exporting to PDF, and attaching them individually in an email client can consume two to four hours and is prone to errors such as mismatched attachments or names.

The service offers 10 free emails to start with no credit card required. Further use follows paid pricing plans shown on the site. It is delivered as a web application that users access after signing up or signing in.
