Nerva Biometric supplies live heart rate and stress overlays for streaming content. It turns physical reactions into visible on-screen elements during streams where the body responds to tension, effort, or excitement.

The software reads data directly from compatible wearables over Bluetooth Low Energy with no cloud involvement. It displays real-time BPM, a cortisol stress gauge, and a tunnel vision focus indicator as customizable HTML and CSS overlays. Processing occurs locally to eliminate latency and keep data on the user's machine. The application works with watches from Garmin, Polar, COROS, Amazfit, and other devices that emit over BLE using the 0x180D standard. Overlays are open for editing or replacement and the entire tool uses under 10 MB of RAM.

It addresses streams in horror, ranked gaming such as FPS or LoL, fitness, IRL, podcasts, and variety formats. Examples include showing BPM spikes during jump scares, cardio during clutches or teamfights, effort levels in workouts, and tension in interviews. The product is delivered as a downloadable application for local installation and use. A one-month trial requires no credit card or account.
