MYCITO

MYCITO is an online Academy Management Office (AMO) and Learning Management System (LMS) designed for training providers, HR departments, and related organizations seeking to centralize and manage training data and files in a single software platform. The tool is developed and supported locally and is intended for a broad audience, including SETA-, QCTO-, DHET-, and internationally accredited training providers, ESD providers, HR departments, and non-accredited training providers. Its primary goal is to streamline the management of learner records, training schedules, certification processes, and reporting, helping teams avoid the inefficiencies of using multiple disparate systems and spreadsheets.

Key features of MYCITO include comprehensive academy and learner record management, the ability to plan and schedule training, evaluate and score training activities, mark and graduate learners, and generate detailed reports. The platform supports SETA exports for learner result submissions and DHET EDLES exports for registration and mark submissions. It offers dedicated portals for learners, facilitators, assessors, moderators, and business coaches. Users can send up to 10,000 emails per month and leverage automated recipient group management for both email and SMS communications. MYCITO provides high-level reporting with drill-down capabilities, routine data backups, quarterly updates, and is accessible online at any time. Remote configuration, user training, and support are included to assist with onboarding and ongoing use.

MYCITO is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, requiring only an internet connection and a device, eliminating the need for additional IT infrastructure. The pricing model starts at R2750 per month, which includes five operational user seats. Additional operational users are billed at R550 per user per month, while contributing users (such as facilitators, assessors, moderators, mentors, and business coaches) are billed at R110 per user per month. Learners (students) have free access to the platform. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are available from R3400 per month, offering services such as data migration, team training, website integration, document template customization, and feature development. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT.
