Meilynx

Meilynx is an AI compliance platform designed specifically for financial services organizations that need to demonstrate regulatory adherence in their use of large language models and AI systems. It addresses the challenge of governing non-deterministic AI workflows, where sensitive data such as material non-public information (MNPI) and personally identifiable information (PII) may cross third-party boundaries, and where traditional controls like DLP, SIEM, or APM do not provide sufficient visibility or auditability.

The platform operates as a proxy within the user's own infrastructure, intercepting every AI prompt and response before data leaves the perimeter. It enforces custom organizational policies at the request layer, allowing for actions such as blocking, redacting, or logging based on predefined rules. Features include model allow/deny lists, token limits, prompt injection and jailbreak screening, and the ability to detect and redact PII and MNPI in real time. Governance rules are extensible via WASM and webhook validators, and the tool inspects agent and MCP (model control plane) calls, including tool calls and sub-agent actions, to ensure every AI-driven decision is recorded and explainable.

A core capability of Meilynx is the creation of a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail for every request, response, policy decision, and human review. This immutable record is stored within the customer’s environment, supporting direct control mapping to regulations such as SR 11-7, NYDFS 23 NYCRR 500, and FINRA 24-09. The system provides curated examination packages for auditors, supports a 6-year WORM (write-once, read-many) retention floor for fully managed deployments, and includes reviewer and sign-off workflows with remediation tracking.

Meilynx also delivers cost analytics tied to business outcomes and compliance events, enabling per-team budgets with hard caps and AI health monitoring with anomaly detection. It supports major LLM providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Azure, and is designed to run within isolated, per-customer infrastructure.
