MeatSys is a software platform designed for managing meat production processes within a single system. It addresses the operational needs of meat producers, particularly those involved in slaughterhouse, meat processing, packaging, and shipment workflows. The platform enables users to oversee the entire production chain from live animal intake to product dispatch, providing comprehensive oversight and control.

Key features of MeatSys include individual carcass tracking, real-time yield monitoring, and readiness for compliance with global food safety standards such as BRCGS, ISO 22000, and HACCP. The software offers modules for animal acceptance with ear tag reading, supplier and identity registration, slaughterhouse line management, hook tracking, labeling, and EUROP classification for objective conformation and fat grading. It also supports traceability with forward and backward tracking and recall capabilities, as well as modules for deboning, portioning, product labeling, and yield calculation.

Additional capabilities cover further processing and finished goods production, including recipe management, batch and mass balance tracking. For packaging and labeling, MeatSys supports GS1 barcodes, vacuum and MAP packaging, and labeling functions. Warehouse and inventory features include FIFO/FEFO management, location tracking, and expiration date management.
