The Business plan, priced at £79 per month, supports 200 intelligence slots that can be split between products and competitors, offers a Competitor Intelligence matrix, instant alerts, weekly digests, webhooks, API keys, and priority processing. An Enterprise plan is available with custom pricing and features for larger organizations.

The tool emphasizes privacy, stating that it uses email and password solely for sign-in and requested price alerts, product URLs only for tracking, and does not sell or use data for advertising. Market Arc does not monitor browsing activity, accessing price data only when the user clicks the extension icon.
