Claude Chief of Staff

Claude Chief of Staff is an open-source system that turns Anthropic's Claude into an operational assistant for managing daily work. It addresses the need to pull information from calendars and email, identify priorities, prepare for calls, and handle follow-ups. The system is built for people with ADHD brains.

It is delivered in three tiers. The first tier consists of a 2,000-word system prompt that users paste into Claude.ai or ChatGPT and can tweak for their own workflow. The second tier involves creating a Claude Project and attaching the chief of staff prompt together with a procrastination protocol as knowledge files, giving the AI a diagnostic framework to reference. The third tier is a full Claude Code harness that includes CLAUDE.md, a memory database, scheduled scripts, Discord orchestration, and BRAID governance; this version runs overnight, remembers everything, and is available as open book on GitHub. The entire system is provided on GitHub with no email signup required.

The tool surfaces real priorities based on what is overdue and highest revenue impact, flags warm leads from overnight email, and operates while the user sleeps. It has seen 2,000-plus downloads of the prompt since November 2025 and 480-plus downloads of the procrastination protocol. An architecture map and a description of a typical day with the overnight agent are also published on the site.
