Licium

licium.ai·E-commerce platforms

Licium addresses the challenges faced by specialty parts retailers who manually update their supplier's product catalogs in their online stores. The platform connects a parts supplier's website directly to an e-commerce storefront, automating the process of catalog synchronization without requiring files, spreadsheets, or manual data entry. This solution is designed for stores where suppliers only provide information via their website, eliminating the need to copy part details, fitment, and pricing by hand.

The service works by allowing users to specify their supplier's website, after which Licium integrates the supplier's catalog into the retailer's store. It transfers every part, complete with fitment data and the retailer's chosen markup, directly into the storefront. The synchronization is ongoing, with daily updates to prices, stock levels, new parts, and discontinued items. This ensures that inventory remains accurate and up-to-date, preventing situations where customers order parts that are no longer available from the supplier. Fitment information is included for each part, helping customers select the correct items and reducing returns.

Licium supports integration with major e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, eBay, and custom sites. The catalog is wired directly into the retailer's store, so there is no need to import spreadsheets or re-enter data. Pricing in the store is automatically set based on the supplier's cost plus the retailer's chosen margin. The platform offers a demonstration by setting up the service with the retailer's own supplier at no initial charge.
