The platform addresses the challenge of manual data entry by using AI to automatically extract product information from links to online retailers and marketplaces, including product names, manufacturers, prices, and images.

Users can generate cost estimates by pasting product URLs from various online stores, such as Amazon, IKEA, eBay, and manufacturer websites. The AI scans the linked page and fills in relevant details, which can then be reviewed and edited within a spreadsheet-like interface. Items can be grouped by room or project stage using tabs, each with its own subtotal calculations. The platform supports automatic sum calculations, in-place editing, and real-time synchronization across devices, making it accessible from computers, tablets, and phones. Shopping lists and cost estimates can be exported to PDF, Excel, or CSV formats, with options to include VAT breakdowns and to use the results in accounting software for invoicing.

Rerum operates entirely in the browser, requiring no installation, and supports secure login. The service is available in Polish language and currency. It offers a 14-day free trial with full access to AI features, export options, and a browser extension, without requiring a credit card. After the trial, users can choose between a Starter plan (39 PLN per month) or a Pro plan (99 PLN per month). If no paid plan is selected, existing documents remain accessible in read-only mode and can still be downloaded, while the creation of new estimates is disabled. Public links to completed estimates remain free indefinitely. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time without long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
