Hebbs is a company knowledge platform designed to consolidate organizational information from various sources into a unified, queryable memory. It addresses the challenge of fragmented knowledge within organizations, where important information is often siloed in individual inboxes, chat threads, or personal files, making it difficult for teams to access collective company knowledge efficiently. By centralizing this information, Hebbs enables team members to retrieve answers and historical context that would otherwise be lost or time-consuming to locate.

The platform operates through a modular system, where each module connects to specific data sources such as Gmail, Slack, Drive, Box, Notion, QuickBooks, Stripe, Salesforce, Zendesk, and others. Hebbs is designed for deployment on infrastructure controlled by the organization, storing its memory in the company’s own Postgres database. Memory within Hebbs is portable, allowing for export, auditing, and migration, and the platform is built on boringos, an open-source operating system for agents.

It includes features such as agent teams with roles and delegation, a copilot chat interface embedded in applications, an inbox triage queue, visual workflow management, isolated file storage, budget controls, and a CRM example module.
