HAMRA Companion

HAMRA Companion is a browser extension designed to assist job seekers by displaying a match score for job listings and streamlining the application process across multiple job boards. The extension works on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, and Internshala. By showing a fit score directly on each job listing, users can quickly assess their suitability before reading the full job description.

The tool enables instant autofill of application forms by populating fields such as name, email, phone number, resume, and cover letter when users click apply. While autofill is available by default, HAMRA Companion does not submit applications automatically unless users opt in to the auto-submit feature, which only becomes available after five verified submissions. This approach ensures that users retain control over their job applications at all times.

HAMRA Companion emphasizes privacy and user data protection. The extension is scoped to only read job-listing pages on supported sites and does not access other browser tabs or inject advertisements. Form data is transmitted directly from the browser to the job board, without being sent back to HAMRA or shared with third parties. The extension is available for Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Arc browsers via the Chrome Web Store, and requires a HAMRA account to use.

The extension is free to install and use, providing job seekers with tools to evaluate and apply to positions more efficiently while maintaining privacy and control throughout the application process.
