EdbMails Data Recovery

EdbMails Data Recovery is software designed for recovering deleted files on Windows systems. The tool is positioned within a broader suite that focuses on data recovery, migration, and backup for a range of email and collaboration platforms. Its core functionality centers on recovering corrupted, damaged, or offline Exchange EDB files, converting EDB mailboxes to PST format, and directly migrating mailbox data to Office 365 and live Exchange Server environments.

The software provides capabilities to recover, export, and migrate various mailbox file types, including OST, PST, MBOX, NSF, EML, and MSG. Users can convert and transfer data between these formats and platforms, such as migrating OST and PST files to Office 365 or Exchange Server, exporting MBOX and NSF files to PST, and converting EML and MSG files to PST format. EdbMails Data Recovery also supports direct migration of public folders and archive mailboxes from offline Exchange EDB files to live Exchange Server or Office 365.

In addition to Exchange and Office 365 migrations, the tool enables migration across Microsoft 365, Exchange, Google Workspace (G Suite), and IMAP-supported servers, including Outlook, Gmail, Zimbra, Zoho Mail, and cPanel. It facilitates mailbox, public folder, and archive mailbox migrations between Office 365 tenants, as well as migrations from Office 365 or Exchange to IMAP servers. The platform also handles exporting Exchange Server mailboxes, public folders, and archive mailboxes to Outlook PST files.

The service extends its migration features to SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, allowing users to migrate sites, documents, files, folders, channels, and chats between Microsoft 365 tenants. It further supports Google Workspace migrations, enabling the transfer of emails, calendars, contacts, and tasks from Google Workspace to Office 365, Exchange, or IMAP servers.
