Distill

Distill is an employee survey platform that performs AI analysis on responses to produce reports with sentiment trends and severity-coded findings. It addresses the need to turn feedback into stakeholder-ready insights within minutes of survey completion rather than requiring manual review.

The platform supports two primary workflows. Users can upload existing response data from a CSV, Excel, or Google Form link for immediate AI processing. Alternatively its survey agent accepts a natural-language description of measurement goals such as engineering burnout or reasons for attrition, then selects question types, writes the survey copy, distributes it, and generates the report once responses arrive. Resulting outputs include real-time dashboards showing response rates, average sentiment scores, active surveys, and trend comparisons against prior periods along with pull quotes and coded findings.

It is delivered as a web application accessible at app.getdistill.tech. The interface contains sections for dashboards, surveys, reports, people data, and the agent. A free tier is available to start using the service while additional paid plans exist under a pricing page. The product remains labeled as being in beta.
