Shrink Manager is an execution layer for institutional food production that captures daily operational data alongside existing ERP systems. It addresses the problem of invisible shrink and audit compliance by turning production work into structured records that automatically generate analytics, traceability documentation, and audit materials.

The platform records production orders, daily logs, and related activities to produce shrink analytics, FSMA 204 traceability records, and audit-ready documentation. It includes a central dashboard for operations, production orders, locations, sales reports, profitability tracking, and compliance tools such as an FSMA 204 tracker, label history, and receiving log. QuickBooks synchronization is available for finance functions. The system has been deployed across multiple sites and reports an average 15 percent shrink reduction measured over 24 months in live production environments.

It is used by operators in hospital systems, university dining, corporate dining, and accounts managed by partners such as Sodexo and Aramark. The software is delivered as a web-based platform accessible at app.shrinksoftware.com, with a central production hub that supports multi-site operations. It integrates alongside ERP systems without requiring replatforming and became live at production sites more than two years ago, with commercial expansion underway ahead of FSMA 204 requirements.
