Agents' availability can be managed through a dashboard, allowing manual toggling of their online status; if an agent is offline, the system reroutes to another available or default agent.

Connectapre includes an analytics dashboard that tracks every click, providing insights such as visitor location, source page, and which agent handled each chat. Real-time logs and exportable reports are available, along with heatmaps and visitor source data for deeper analysis. The tool also supports dynamic personalization through smart placeholders that pre-fill greeting messages with contextual details like product names or offer codes, enhancing the customer experience.

Customization options are provided via a widget editor, offering over 20 button styles and flexible positioning on the website, with real-time previews in the admin panel.
