Centro 365

Centro 365 is a management tool designed to streamline access to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure admin centers. It provides administrators with over 750 shortcuts covering a wide range of Microsoft services, including Microsoft 365 Admin, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and more. The tool is aimed at those overseeing single or multiple Microsoft 365 products, such as Global Administrators, and addresses the challenge of navigating the growing number of admin centers in Microsoft's ecosystem.

A key feature of Centro 365 is its powerful search capability, which allows users to quickly locate specific terms or categories across all admin centers by default. Users can also enable a Focused mode to restrict search results to the currently selected admin center, which is useful for administrators responsible for only a few products. The platform integrates with the Omnibox in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox browsers, enabling users to access admin centers directly from the browser's address bar using keyboard navigation.

Centro 365 offers customization options, including the ability to curate a list of favorite shortcuts for quick access. These favorites can include both Centro 365 items and external resources such as learning materials or reference guides. The tool features a modern interface optimized for high-resolution displays, supports both light and dark modes, and provides keyboard shortcuts and a customizable home screen. Users can also sync their settings using their browser's sync service.

The tool is available as a native app and Safari extension on Apple's platforms, including macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. On Mac, the app can be pinned to the Dock and opens shortcuts with the default web browser, while on iOS and iPadOS, users can access App Mode for search and shortcuts. Centro 365 does not track user activity.
