Cartório Flow+ is a browser extension developed for internal use in Brazilian notarial registry offices. It functions as an automation aid that reads specific data from official government registry systems and records it into the cartório's internal management software. The tool operates exclusively on authorized domains and relies on existing user sessions without creating accounts or logins of its own.

The extension is limited to three domains and activates only when a user triggers a function. It processes data from certidões including the name of the requester and registered party, CPF or CNPJ, filiation, dates, place of birth, registration number, book, page, and record number. These details are read directly from the screen of the Regis system. Data from the extension is stored in the internal system of the specific cartório where it is used. In relation to registry data, the cartório itself acts as the data controller in its official capacity while the developer serves as the tool's creator and contact point for privacy matters.

It is intended solely for authorized notaries, servers, and collaborators within cartórios. The extension does not target the general public.
