Captured checkout data is securely sent to the CallFusionAI platform, where an AI agent initiates a follow-up phone call to the customer. As a fallback, the plugin also stores abandoned checkout data locally in a custom database table. To ensure reliability, it automatically retries failed webhook deliveries every fifteen minutes using WP Cron.
