Users begin by uploading a CSV of leads from sources such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or their CRM or spreadsheet. Bantico generates a unique tracked link for each lead, which can be inserted into outbound emails, LinkedIn messages, or any outreach channel. When a recipient clicks their personalized link and visits the website, Bantico attributes the visit to the specific individual and campaign, triggering instant notifications via Slack or email. These alerts include the lead’s name, campaign, pages viewed, time on site, and visit signal, allowing teams to act immediately. To enable tracking, users install a lightweight script on their website, which connects visits to tracked links and lead details.

Bantico integrates with a range of outreach tools, including Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn. It is designed to complement, not replace, the existing outreach stack, providing an additional layer of intent data on top of current workflows. The platform is web-based and requires no manual checking, as alerts are delivered automatically.

Pricing is structured by the monthly volume of tracked leads, with all plans offering a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. Users can track up to 100 leads for free, and plans can be upgraded or canceled at any time without contracts or lock-in.
