The system’s workflow is structured around a five-stage cycle: assessment to identify obstacles, prescription of a personalized improvement plan, execution of daily tasks, ongoing tracking and support from a coach, and regular reporting to parents. AIMii’s AI component analyzes learning data to detect patterns and signals, while coaches interpret these insights and translate them into daily actions that are achievable for the student. Tasks are broken down into manageable segments with clear timing and appropriate difficulty, aiming to foster a consistent learning rhythm and a sense of accomplishment.
