ActorBook provides virtual scene partners designed specifically for actors to support their audition and rehearsal process. The platform enables users to upload their sides, select from a roster of 47 virtual readers who can take direction and respond in real time, and rehearse scenes at any hour. This tool aims to ensure actors never have to rehearse alone, offering immediate access to scene partners even outside typical rehearsal times.

Actors can cast their scene partners from a variety of character types, each with distinct voices and energies, such as a charming leading man, a composed authority figure, a teen cheerleader, and bilingual readers. During rehearsal, users can adjust line readings and fine-tune their virtual reader to better match the needs of the scene. Once ready, actors have the option to record their audition tape with a virtual reader or book a live reader, and then export a casting-ready self-tape directly from the platform.

Additional features include a line memorizer, which uses progressive drills to help actors lock in their lines and build recall, and a teleprompter with smart-scroll functionality. ActorBook also offers tools to log auditions, track callbacks, casting directors, and agent relationships, allowing actors to monitor their career progress over time.
